Steps to embed web widget:

  • Within the Web Widget dashboard, the widget code panel will be on your right. 
  • Select the ‘Use last setting’ dropdown and select ‘Default (Production)’.

  • Copy and paste the script in the Embed Code box your website’s script to embed the virtual assistant.
